What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a document- and records-focused role where I can keep documentation accurate, prioritize requests, and support teams in fast-paced environments while continuing to grow professionally.

I have 8+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, clerical and administrative duties. I’m highly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

In my current Document Control role, I file reviewed and signed job orders, complete document control requests by locating drawings/procedures/job orders/eco’s, send documents back for corrections, and maintain records of all documentation. Previously, I processed and organized case-related mail, scheduled meetings using Outlook, and mailed letters (including certified mail) as a File Clerk, and I reviewed mortgage documents for accuracy as a Recording Specialist—researching online county indexes, communicating with county recorders, mailing recorded documents, and training new employees.
