I've supported Cuna Mutual/TruStage document operations through Ricoh USA since 2017, preparing, indexing, and quality-checking confidential financial and insurance documentation for digital records systems.

I maintain accurate workflow tracking in Microsoft Excel, resolve missing information with internal teams, and manage multiple remote-access systems while meeting daily processing requirements and regulatory procedures.
