At Elite Technology, I led employee communications and experience for a fully distributed B2B SaaS legal software organization through two PE acquisitions, restructures, and enterprise-wide change. I translated complex priorities into clear narratives that helped employees understand what was changing, why it mattered, and what it meant for them.

I build strategic communications plans, leadership toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, newsletters, and editorial calendars. I track evolving narratives across concurrent initiatives, manage organizational attention, and use employee feedback and channel metrics to strengthen clarity and reduce noise.

Earlier, I developed integrated communications at Synchrony Financial and built communications and customer experience programs at Deluxe Corporation. I use Claude and Copilot daily to accelerate content development, narrative synthesis, and editorial planning while maintaining strategic judgment.
