I'm looking for a role where I can execute data-driven marketing, partnership, engagement, or project initiatives, collaborate across teams, and grow through meaningful business challenges.

I've delivered marketing, partnership, and engagement programs across Samsung Electronics Indonesia, Huawei Tech Investment, and PT. XL Axiata Tbk. My work combines campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, performance analysis, and actionable reporting.

At Samsung Electronics Indonesia, I planned employee engagement campaigns, analyzed survey and campaign data, and developed internal communication materials that supported employer branding. At Huawei, I monitored operational performance across 5,000+ sites and 25+ subcontractors, validating data and reporting risks to support timely project completion.

Through XL Female Future Leader, I led the Sisters Corner women's empowerment campaign, engaging 250+ participants and building 15 strategic partnerships. I also analyzed social media performance to increase engagement by 40% and reach more than 60,000 accounts.
