I’m a Branding and marketing communication professional with experience developing integrated campaigns, product launches, and communication initiatives for government and corporate clients. I translate market insights into actionable strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and focus on delivering impactful audience engagement programs.

At MarkPlus, I conduct desk research, surveys, interviews, and FGDs to support project analysis and stakeholder needs assessment. I develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans from research findings, support city branding and stakeholder engagement initiatives, and coordinate survey implementation and data collection across multiple regions. I’ve worked with government institutions including Danantara Indonesia, Kementerian Luar Negeri RI, BPKH, DJKN, and local governments.

In my Marketing & Product Development role, I lead market and consumer research to define target segments, positioning, and value propositions for training and certification products—improving product-market fit and campaign conversion performance. I manage end-to-end program development and launch execution, coordinating digital channels, events, partnerships, pricing, and stakeholder engagement activities. I’ve achieved >40% revenue growth through Meta Ads marketing, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and digital campaign analysis, and delivered integrated campaigns reaching 300K+ audiences across online and offline touchpoints through omnichannel brand activation.

Earlier, as a Research Analyst Intern, I supported consulting projects with market research and proposal development, contributed to sustainability reporting (B Corp Assessment), and produced weekly market insight reports to support leadership decision-making. I bring that same data-driven, stakeholder-aware mindset into every go-to-market effort—so teams can move from insights to execution with clarity.
