I'm currently leading ISO 9001 certification work, embedding quality standards into ERP-enabled processes, manufacturing controls, SOPs, and staff training. My experience also includes supply chain optimization, supplier negotiation, financial reporting, procurement, production planning, and direct leadership of teams of 10–15 employees.
