What I'm looking for

I want a collaborative Agile role where I can lead Scrum teams, drive continuous improvement, apply technical troubleshooting and embedded-systems experience, and grow as a servant-leader while delivering measurable outcomes.

I am a Computer Engineering graduate and certified Scrum Master with strong technical and leadership skills. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a minor in Applied Mathematics and completed study abroad coursework in Computer Science at the University of Eastern Finland.

I have facilitated Agile ceremonies for ServiceNow teams and oversaw the iQIES Idea Portal release benefiting CMS and 300,000+ healthcare providers. I currently coordinate IT support at Two River Technology Group, managing ConnectWise workflows, Level 1 support, and remote troubleshooting with Ninja RMM, and hold CSM, SAFe Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt certifications.

I directed an embedded-systems team to build a motorized Arduino walking stick and organized 300+ online gaming tournaments, demonstrating hands-on engineering, logistics, and stakeholder communication. I seek opportunities to lead cross-functional teams, improve delivery cadence, and continue growing technically and as a servant-leader.
