At Arvest Bank, I lead strategic partnerships, community investment, and grant initiatives with businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community leaders. I also lead the North Arkansas Nursing Pilot Program, coordinating healthcare partners and internal teams to expand outreach and program performance.

I've built more than 20 years of experience across banking, healthcare, workforce solutions, and nonprofit leadership. My work has included advising private banking clients, directing community relations and public relations, growing business development opportunities, and managing operational, technology, marketing, and customer-experience initiatives.

Community work is central to how I lead. I've helped generate more than $650,000 for United Way, led a record-setting $157,000 Junior Auxiliary fundraiser, and served organizations including the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, Make-A-Wish Mid-South, Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas, and St. Bernards Advocates.
