At the University of Amsterdam’s FMG Research Lab, I coordinate the participant pool for more than 400 projects a year, serving students, participants and researchers. I check projects for validity, ethical standards and organisational competence, and coordinate with the ethics committee and data stewards.
I also manage the lab’s front desk, where I redesigned the desk for accessibility, set up an equipment shop inventory and created a website giving researchers online access to it. I solve hardware issues involving EEG electrodes and eye-tracking devices, and manage research equipment reservations and sensitive materials.
