At Ai Lillu, I build the Rust backend for a multi-tenant restaurant ordering platform used by 100 restaurants across Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, processing 30,000 orders and 200m tenge monthly. As one of three engineers, I’ve built payment flows shared by six card and QR providers, authentication and authorisation systems, and integrations with iiko, Poster, and R-Keeper.
I’ve improved reliability and performance across correctness-critical systems: limiting third-party traffic that exhausted the PostgreSQL connection pool, closing a session-ownership bypass and three missing permission checks, and reducing AI menu-search latency from over a second to about 100 ms with Qdrant and RAG.
Previously at BmSoft, I was the primary backend developer across four commercial products, using JavaScript, TypeScript, Django, and FastAPI. I reduced slow pages from 5–10 seconds to about 100 ms and built scalable role models, search, filtering, pagination, and query optimisation.
