I’m a Senior Backend Engineer and Team Lead focused on distributed systems, high-load architectures, and FinTech integrations. I specialize in Elixir and the C#/.NET ecosystem, and I enjoy turning complex backend challenges into reliable platforms.

In my current role, I directed a backend department of 20+ engineers, coordinating 3–4 team leads and enforcing strict architecture standards. I architected CRM routing for ~2000 sessions to 20+ mentors, integrated an AI bot to automate requests, and helped prevent data loss.

I also built a custom billing and subscription module processing ~200 daily transactions. To support a real-money cashback system, I integrated local (Kaspi) and multiple CIS banking gateways (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan), while modernizing a large Elixir/Erlang monolith and transitioning the React frontend to functional components.

My approach is practical: resolve technical debt, improve observability, and replace brittle dependencies with maintainable solutions. I replaced AppSignal with a custom OpenTelemetry & Grafana stack, and I deployed an internal IP-telephony system using Asterisk/FreePBX to cut operational costs.
