I'm building experience in insurance, operations, and client communication while pursuing a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
At Southern Oak Senior Solutions, I shadowed licensed agents throughout the senior health and life insurance sales cycle, from needs assessment through policy issuance. This gave me direct exposure to underwriting considerations and client communication.
As Vice President of Operations for Phi Chi Theta at UGA, I helped create a chapter with more than 20 founding members and recruited a pledge class of more than 30. I support record-keeping, internal communications, and event planning for the petitioning professional business fraternity chapter.
My customer service and officiating experience has strengthened my ability to manage daily operations, resolve conflict, enforce rules fairly, and communicate with diverse groups.
