At the Humane Society of Carroll County, I lead daily Animal Control operations, supervise enforcement personnel, and coordinate field coverage to support public safety and animal welfare.

I oversee complex cruelty, neglect, dangerous animal, quarantine, and enforcement cases alongside law enforcement, attorneys, courts, government partners, and community stakeholders. I also develop policies, SOPs, and operational protocols that improve officer safety, accountability, consistency, and enforcement effectiveness.

Before becoming Senior Director of Animal Control Operations, I spent eight years as an Animal Control Officer investigating cruelty and abuse cases, issuing citations, and responding to emergencies involving domestic animals, livestock, and wildlife.

I'm committed to developing officers through training, mentoring, case-management guidance, and clear expectations for professionalism and confidentiality.
