I’m a customer-focused, results-oriented professional with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. I’m passionate about digital technologies, enterprise networking, and customer consulting, and I enjoy translating business requirements into practical solutions. I’m also comfortable working with cross-functional teams and preparing professional reports and presentations.

In my internship at KenGen PLC, I supported communication between the organization and external stakeholders. I assisted in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents, coordinated meetings and outreach activities, and responded to stakeholder inquiries. I also helped with documentation and record management, strengthening both my presentation and project coordination abilities.

I’m eager to contribute to Proximus Luxembourg by supporting enterprise customers through innovative connectivity and digital transformation solutions, while continuously expanding my technical expertise in ICT and telecommunications. I bring a customer-centric mindset, reliable execution, and a fast learning approach to new technologies.
