Spearheaded deployment of custom digital infrastructure and software integrations for B2B hospitality clients, managing the full lifecycle from technical discovery to post-launch support. Built a custom user interface and configured a two-way Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS) API integration to accelerate a major resort pilot.

Supported clients in the custom printing sector by managing print projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. Digitized order intake and job tracking workflows and designed proof and automated invoice templates to reduce billing disputes and accelerate cash collection.

Prototyped an AI-driven curriculum interface and designed accessible user experiences for an intensive product development sprint. Converted learning goals into measurable technical requirements and produced wireframes and user stories to guide development.

Translated technical concepts including Arduino, Scratch programming, and 3D printing into accessible training modules for non-technical users. Developed hands-on curriculum, led hardware kit assembly, and delivered technical troubleshooting and presentations.

Integrated 3D printing technologies into introductory robotics projects and guided participants through advanced assembly concepts and hardware diagnostics. Coordinated structured technical demonstrations to highlight participant achievements.
