What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my healthcare revenue cycle, claims, public benefits, finance, and process-improvement experience while collaborating across teams and supporting customers or patients.

At Ensemble Health Partners, I review uninsured and underinsured patient referrals, coordinate Medicaid and assistance applications, and resolve high-risk public benefits cases. I also train representatives across multiple markets and provide live process support.

I've built healthcare and financial operations experience through claims processing at WPS Health Solutions and Mul Plan, financial account management for 40 medical clinics at DPCF Management, and billing and claims work at Cash Depot. My work includes reconciliation, contract review, reporting, database maintenance, and workflow improvement.

I've also supported customers and clients in banking, healthcare accounts, and service operations at Wells Fargo, HSA Bank/Webster Bank, and SD Wheel Corp. I bring experience resolving escalations, educating customers on policies and regulations, and collaborating across departments.
