What I'm looking for

I’m seeking leadership roles in construction project management or real estate development where I can lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and apply construction administration and stakeholder engagement to deliver large-scale projects.

I have over 40 years of experience in construction and real estate, beginning in a family construction business and growing into project leadership roles.

At WellSpan Health I progressed from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and now Lead Project Manager, managing and mentoring four project managers across the East Region and overseeing projects from $5,000 to $20M. I drive stakeholder engagement, scope and budget management, bid and plan review, and code compliance to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Earlier I managed commercial division projects at Heck Construction and developed a precast manufacturing division at Charles W. Weaver, advancing code acceptance and installation practices. I have also worked as a Realtor since 2001 and hold an Associate of Science focused on construction methods and architectural drafting.
