I’m interested in email marketing, retention marketing, Klaviyo, ecommerce copywriting, and deliverability.

At Tention Marketing, I ran Klaviyo email and retention programs for DTC ecommerce brands, onboarding 24+ brands and managing up to 14 accounts at once. I led a pod of six and owned campaign calendars, flow builds, segmentation, and testing.

I helped a hair wellness brand grow email’s share of revenue from 3.49% to 16.25% in two months, beating its incumbent agency in live A/B tests. I also built an RFM reactivation system that continues to drive 5–7% of total email revenue.

I started at Tention Marketing as an email copywriter, winning copywriter of the month three times in a row before being promoted to Email Strategist & Account Manager. I write and build email programs across Klaviyo and Shopify, with a focus on sending to the right people, cutting waste, and testing decisions.
