I’m a reliable real-time analyst with a strong track record in process improvement, case/incident review, and resolution—backed by hands-on experience streamlining day-to-day operations and supporting both internal and external customers. In my current Real Time Adherence Specialist role at Avetta, I monitor agents’ activities in real time to meet schedules and service level goals, and I use Power BI and Excel to source data from multiple systems, prepare performance/adherence reporting, and drive workforce management adjustments.
