What I'm looking for

I seek roles in property valuation, market analysis, or planning where I can apply GIS and valuation skills, grow technically (including software development), and contribute to data-driven acquisition and sales strategies.

I am a real estate professional with a BSc in Estate Management and hands-on experience in property inspection, valuation reporting, and market research. I have produced professional red book valuation reports, compiled dynamic property bulletins using Property Centre and Zoopla, and strengthened my proficiency with real estate software and GIS tools to support listings and valuation insights.

I have practical work and leadership experience from internships and ambassador roles, including SIWES inspections, campus representation, and operational roles in hospitality. I combine technical skills (GIS, Excel, SketchUp, City CAD, InDesign) with strengths in project management, presenting, and teamwork, and I am passionate about property markets and learning software development.
