At NICE (formerly LiveVox), I designed and maintained IP subnetting for client-facing environments deployed across multiple AWS regions. I also worked on the team's Terraform implementation and Python automation for routine operations.

I architected, implemented, and optimized network and real-time voice connectivity for enterprise customers using MPLS, VPNs, Equinix Fabric, SIP trunks, and WebRTC. I translated customer and carrier requirements into production-ready solutions and ran interoperability testing before go-live.

At KM2 Solutions, I led the migration from Fortinet and Cisco firewalls to Palo Alto Networks, managed through Panorama. I also built SolarWinds Orion monitoring and alerting and delivered infrastructure for new sites in Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
