At TDSYNNEX, I perform enterprise UC modernization, including migrations from legacy PBX/SIP systems to cloud-based UCaaS/CCaaS platforms. I design and document call flows, routing logic, and dial plans for Freepbx/Asterisk and SBC configurations.

I also administer SIP trunks and PSTN connectivity, and engineer ACD/IVR flows, queues, routing strategies, and reporting dashboards. For L3 diagnostics, I use Linux CLI commands, MySQL, Wireshark, tcpdump, and sngrep.

At Allstream/Zayo, I designed UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP/SBC, and SD-WAN solutions for enterprise customers. I led troubleshooting for SIP, QoS, and routing issues, and managed PSTN provisioning, number porting, and carrier coordination.

Earlier, at SYNNEX, I maintained voice network systems and wrote shell scripts to monitor VoIP systems and update a MySQL database. My experience also includes engineering and deploying enterprise VoIP/UC architectures at Sangoma Technologies and working as a Network Manager at IMS.
