I've managed enterprise digital asset systems and metadata governance for City of Hope, Chevron, Apple, and other major organizations. At City of Hope, I served as the DAM subject matter expert for a 44,000+ asset Bynder library and led a new DAM platform migration within three months of joining.

I design metadata schemas, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and practical workflows that make assets easier to find, use, and govern. I've also authored DAM standards and operating procedures, trained users, managed permissions, and partnered with vendors to troubleshoot and optimize platforms.

My work balances creative operations with risk management, including talent releases, usage rights, intellectual property protection, and HIPAA compliance. At Chevron, I cataloged 5,000+ assets and helped replace third-party content with Chevron-owned assets, saving approximately $10,000.

Earlier in my career, I supported Apple media catalog metadata, led document control for San Francisco International Airport's Terminal 1 project, and delivered more than 1,000 product releases at LexisNexis. I bring deep experience in asset ingestion, content operations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
