Gram Hummell
@gramhummell
Digital asset management specialist building enterprise DAM systems that teams actually adopt.
What I'm looking for
I’m a digital asset management specialist with 10+ years building and administering enterprise DAM systems for global consumer brands and multi-team organizations. I bring hands-on migration experience across Bynder and Aprimo, including a global, four-brand rollout that turns scattered media into a single searchable source of truth.
I’m especially strong in designing taxonomy and metadata structures—then translating them into day-to-day workflows. From asset enrichment and controlled vocabularies to governance, archival standards, and rights/version control, I help teams stay consistent and find what they need fast, even across distributed and international groups.
My background in production and post-production gives me practical fluency with the creative teams DAM systems serve. I drive adoption through stakeholder training, documentation, and end-user support—owning ingest-to-delivery post-production workflows and coordinating with creative and branding partners on asset quality and delivery.
