At UNHCR, I lead supply, procurement, logistics, risk, and compliance functions across humanitarian operations in Yemen, Iran, Honduras, and Ethiopia. I have managed country supply portfolios exceeding USD 100M while ensuring delivery remains compliant, on budget, and aligned with donor requirements.
I lead ERP roll-outs, strengthen vendor and contract management, turn procurement data into operational decisions, and build capable teams. Earlier, I managed USAID-funded health procurement at URC and supported public-sector procurement, monitoring, evaluation, and governance work in Uganda.
