What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own brand growth—building campaigns, partnerships, and content strategy—and collaborate cross-functionally to turn positioning into measurable visibility and audience acquisition.

I’m a CEO-office leader and marketing executive who aligns strategy across teams to deliver consistent brand execution. I work closely with leadership to shape positioning and public-facing messaging that grows visibility and awareness.

At HALOS Records, I spearheaded efforts to increase brand value and awareness by developing brand-facing intellectual properties, including new artists, tours, song production, and visual assets. I also oversaw content and social strategy, and I managed brand partnerships and endorsement opportunities to ensure alignment with artists’ goals.

Previously as a Label Manager at Sinjitos Collective, I developed and executed artist-tailored marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and audience engagement. I negotiated strategic partnerships with venues, music festivals, streaming platforms, and production houses, while leading day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

Earlier, as a Senior Copywriter at TREVO Indonesia, I helped establish the brand voice through content creation and translation-localization, building strategies across social media, CRM, SEO-driven blog articles, website content, and app promotions. I also contributed to video production and commercial projects, and I began my career as a Virgin Radio Jakarta host, producer, and writer.
