What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can grow in medical coding or radiology-related work, while using my logistics and IT support experience to deliver accurate documentation, clear communication, and reliable performance in a team-driven environment.

I’m a motivated professional with a certified medical nursing background and ongoing studies in radiology technology. I combine medical & technical fundamentals with hands-on experience in fast-paced customer service, logistics, and operations support.

In my recent work, I’ve been learning medical coding—coding diagnoses, health histories, and treatment plans into billing and record documentation codes. I’ve also supported dispatching/logistics through track&trace by tracking shipments, coordinating with drivers and brokers, resolving issues, and keeping timely updates flowing.

Across multiple roles as waiter and shift leader, I’ve strengthened my customer care, problem-solving, leadership, and conflict resolution skills—always aiming for high-quality service and client satisfaction. I bring strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration experience from Erasmus projects and Work & Travel programs, and a steady, respectful work ethic under pressure.
