At Electra, I lead electrolyte development for high-efficiency iron metal electrodeposition, establishing the plan-of-record electrolyte across company systems. I also developed a proprietary electrochemical method that measures lixiviant acid concentration in minutes rather than hours to days.
Previously at Tynt Technologies, I managed a five-person group developing an organic zinc-ion gel polymer electrolyte for dynamic glass. My electrolyte and electrochemical-profile improvements delivered a 100-fold increase in reversible cycles for 50 cm areal film deposition while maintaining greater than 99% coulombic efficiency.
At Solid Power, I led materials development for next-generation solid-state battery cathodes and lithium-metal anodes, scaling slurry preparation from 6 mAh cells to 0.2–2 Ah pouch cells. I bring hands-on electrochemistry, materials characterization, data analysis, IP development, and mentoring experience to energy-storage and electrochemical manufacturing challenges.
