At Jakala, I lead content strategy, audit, and governance engagements for higher education and healthcare clients. For a large university business school, I audited 4,000 pages for migration to Contentful and built an AI-assisted pipeline that projected a 40% reduction in content footprint.
At Phase2 Technology, I mapped more than 15,000 health terms to 6,000 Yext taxonomy terms using UMLS, AI, and Python, completing the work in 100 hours against an estimate of 200. I also led content audits across healthcare, insurance, and government sites, and coordinated WCAG 2.1 AA testing.
