What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a banking role where I can deliver excellence in operations and customer support. I want responsibility in back-office work, continuous improvement, and a workplace that values positive change and strong execution.

I’m a banker focused on professionals for a positive change, with a strong emphasis on excellence in delivery. I’ve built my career through back-office and customer-facing roles, consistently supporting clients and keeping operations running smoothly.

From October 2018 to present, I’ve worked as a Clearing Officer at Republic Bank Ghana on a contract basis. Before that, I served as an Officer, Back Office at Republic Bank (May–October 2018) and handled Operations, Back Office work at HFC Bank (March 2017–February 2018).

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at MTN Ghana (October 2014–August 2015). I also bring a creative and entrepreneurial edge—alongside my sound engineering and production interests—and my education spans BSc Agribusiness Management (KNUST) and Tally Accounting with computerized accounting training.
