What I'm looking for
I’m a banking professional with 10+ years of experience across branch banking operations, customer service, digital channels support, and ATM operations monitoring. I supervise and coordinate branch-level activity to drive digital banking channel adoption, while also supporting offsite ATM availability through issue tracking, operational follow-up, and performance oversight.
In my current role as a Digital Channels & ATM Operations Officer, I spool daily mobile money transaction reports for monitoring, reconciliation, and internal reporting, and I spool/monitor bankwide ATM transaction volumes and values to strengthen performance tracking. I also collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to promote business solutions to corporate and SME clients and support client and internal stakeholder training for onboarding and service adoption, while contributing to departmental projects like DSA card issuance and ATM deployment.
