At OceanByte, I provide remote and in-person technical support, resolving hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues for customers.
I've supported Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, routers, smartphones, IoT devices, Wi-Fi, and network problems. I also configure devices, install software and operating systems, and provide assistance through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, telephone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face support.
Previously, I provided day-to-day ICT support at Kyrenia Animal Rescue, maintaining computer systems, networking equipment, printers, and technology infrastructure. I'm a Computer Engineering graduate with ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and Google IT Support Professional certifications.
