What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or infrastructure role where I can resolve complex user and systems issues, automate administration, strengthen endpoint security, and improve reliable IT operations.

I've supported 100+ users at Dönper Danışmanlık Hizmetleri and managed company-wide IT operations at İstek Vakfı Okulları, resolving hardware, software, network, VPN, and endpoint-security issues.

I administer Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Intune, NAS storage, shared-drive permissions, and CrowdStrike Falcon. I also automate domain administration and file synchronization with PowerShell, Batch, PsExec, and Robocopy, and deployed standardized disk images to 150+ computers using Macrium Reflect.

I document recurring fixes, monitor SLA performance, support onboarding and offboarding, and translate technical issues into clear solutions for users.
