I’m an IT Specialist & Network Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, IT support, and system maintenance. I focus on configuring LAN/WAN environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering responsive helpdesk support. I bring strong fundamentals in Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco networking, and cybersecurity basics.

In my roles, I’ve supported day-to-day IT operations by performing PC maintenance and upgrades, installing and configuring applications, and resolving technical problems for real users. I also handle practical infrastructure tasks like setting up network connections, managing user access, and maintaining office systems, networks, and mobile devices to keep teams productive.

My network work includes designing and implementing LAN infrastructure for school environments, connecting multiple access points to a central data center. I configured routers, switches, and access points for stable connectivity across classes, monitored network capacity and performance, and provided troubleshooting and technical support to maintain continuous operations.

Recently, I’ve provided helpdesk support and managed IT reliability for 100+ users, including troubleshooting system issues and supporting networked devices like printers, scanners, and other network hardware. I also assist with Active Directory administration and domain user management, maintain hardware/software inventory, and use industry certifications to strengthen my cybersecurity and networking practice.
