At Today For Tomorrow Initiative, I led MEAL systems for climate governance and peacebuilding initiatives in conflict-affected communities in Northeast Nigeria. For the HER-RC Project, I designed participatory baseline assessments of women’s participation and produced evidence to inform program strategy and advocacy.
For the PEACE Project, I developed an outcome-focused monitoring framework for a community-driven initiative reaching 7,000+ beneficiaries. I also conducted baseline household assessments and tracked community governance, civil-military relations, and accountability through monitoring systems for Inclusive Peace Action Groups.
As a Remote MEAL Consultant at JRNY Nonprofit Consulting, I conduct baseline studies, midterm reviews, and end-line evaluations using participatory and GESI-sensitive methods. I also bring experience in disability-inclusive assessment, mixed-methods research, and strengthening MEL systems for grassroots organizations.
