What I'm looking for

I seek a senior facilitation or program role focused on inclusive service delivery, capacity building, gender and M&E in an impact-driven, collaborative organisation that values measurable results and community empowerment.

I am a facilitator with over twenty years' experience translating work plans into actions that deliver positive outcomes.

In my current role as State Partnership Facilitator I supported programme strategy development across health, education, agriculture and IGR, established technical working groups, mentored a PWD steering committee, and helped develop a mobile app to track citizen feedback to improve service delivery. I have coordinated PERL partner links and mainstreamed PWDs and women across programme activities. I drive citizen-led advocacy for legislative and budgetary changes.

Previously I served as M&E and Gender Coordinator and as Gender & Social Inclusion coordinator on multiple projects where I designed MEL frameworks, led data collection and analysis, trained staff, and developed inclusive education strategies. I established life skills clubs, developed training manuals and 'How to' guides, and built institutional partnerships for capacity building.

I bring strengths in facilitation, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, gender analysis, M&E and report writing, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I seek to join an organisation committed to inclusive service delivery where I can apply my skills to strengthen programs and empower marginalised groups.
