What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR or payroll role where I can apply my experience in payroll, benefits, recruitment, HRIS administration, and employee support to contribute to organizational growth.

At DaChin Group of Companies (Movietowne), I process fortnightly payroll through Paymaster, maintain payroll records, and manage salary adjustments, tax exemptions, allowances, bonuses, and terminations.

I support end-to-end pension and health benefit plans by managing enrollments, terminations, vendor payments, and employee leave updates. I also prepare staff contracts, confirmations, adjustments, and job letters.

Previously at Brydens Group, I contributed to monthly payroll finalization using Micropay and administered employee benefits, NIS registration and claims, employee data, inductions, and orientations.

I've also coordinated recruitment for entry and junior-level roles, from job postings and application screening through interviews, reference checks, reporting, and onboarding. I bring training in Human Resource Management, payroll and taxation, labour laws, and data analytics.
