I am an experienced respiratory care manager and registered respiratory therapist with decades of clinical and administrative experience in acute, home-care, and academic settings. I have led large teams, managed department operations and budgets, implemented performance improvement initiatives, and ensured achievement of organizational objectives through daily huddles and metric-driven oversight.

I hold advanced degrees in health administration and a Doctor of Health Administration, plus clinical credentials including RRT, BLS, and ACLS. I combine hands-on respiratory therapy expertise with strategic planning and staff development to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
