Kathy Meyburgh

I am a seasoned Respiratory Therapist and healthcare manager with extensive experience in respiratory care, sleep therapy, and clinical operations across multiple states. I combine hands-on patient care with remote monitoring expertise and a deep working knowledge of PAP therapy and HME equipment.

Throughout my career I have led teams, managed districts, and rebuilt underperforming centers, securing accreditation and improving profitability. I have been responsible for clinical management, staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

My recent roles include remote Respiratory Therapist/Sleep Specialist positions where I monitored CPAP adherence, conducted virtual setups and mask fittings, and provided patient education and troubleshooting. I have also served as a center and district manager, recruiting and developing staff and coordinating care delivery across multiple territories.

I hold an AAS in Respiratory Technology and maintain multiple state Respiratory Care Practitioner licenses. I bring leadership, strong communication, and a patient-first mindset aimed at improving outcomes and operational performance.
