@aletabatiste
I’m a Registered Respiratory Therapist and senior contract trainer who delivers patient education, respiratory care, and disease management.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Respiratory Therapist with years of hands-on experience delivering outpatient respiratory care, including CPAP/BiPAP setups, titrations, follow-ups, home oxygen evaluations, nebulizer training, pulmonary function testing, and disease management education for Asthma and COPD. I’m also experienced in pulmonary rehab and case management, with a focus on patient understanding and continuity of care.
Since joining Baxter-Hill Rom as a Senior Contract Trainer, I educate patients on Baxter-Hillrom respiratory equipment per policy, including Volara, The Vest, Synclara, and Life 2000, and I’ve prioritized timely trainings and clear patient education. Earlier roles, including Taylor Home Health Supply and Woman's Homecare, strengthened my ability to coordinate home respiratory services and keep organized tracking systems (including CPAP data).
I bring excellent customer service to every setting, and I’m motivated to keep improving how patients and teams understand respiratory therapy—supported by my certifications and ongoing professional education in pulmonary disease educator and related training.
