I’ve always been curious about how things work and even more curious about how they could work better. I like asking questions, digging into problems, and connecting the dots until something starts to make sense.

Over the last 6+ years, I’ve worked across SaaS operations, customer-facing product roles, product enablement, and more recently, entrepreneurship. I’ve worked closely with customers, product managers, developers, analytics and business teams, understanding customer pain points and translating feedback into product improvements, supporting feature launches, improving workflows and contributing to roadmap decisions. Somewhere along the way, I realized I enjoy being the person who can connect the dots between what users need, what the business wants, and what the product can actually deliver.

Outside of SaaS, I’ve also built MA Mix, a natural juice concentrate brand, from the ground up. It gave me a very different kind of product experience - one where I got to work across product development, pricing, branding, packaging, operations and everything in between. It’s been a very practical lesson in what happens when an idea leaves the notebook and meets actual customers.

I’m now looking to bring this mix of product thinking, customer understanding and hands-on execution into my next role, ideally working on software products, particularly AI-enabled products, where technology can solve real problems and create better user experiences.
