At Pragma, I lead an interdisciplinary team that supports the design and evolution of digital products through an understanding of people’s needs and expectations. I grew the research team from 1 to 12 researchers and helped increase research revenue from 450 million to 792 million Colombian pesos by 2025.
I’m an anthropologist focused on consumer psychology, product discovery, human-machine interaction, and innovation management. I’ve led research on Colombia’s Bre-b instant payment system, designed AI-enabled experiences including chatbots and recommendation algorithms at Hop, and taught UX Research, user experience, AI, ethics, biases, and privacy.
