I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and dedicated professional with experience in customer service, merchandising, and digital marketing. In hospitality roles like Server at Chili’s, I delivered attentive service in high-volume environments, including ranking in the top 10% of servers for sales performance (Aug 2019 to Mar 2020). I also averaged 30 new memberships per month in Membership Sales at Gold’s Gym by welcoming guests, guiding tours, and upselling relevant supplements and merchandise. Recently I’ve taken on a high ticket sales mentorship program in which I’m waiting to do my final graduating practical.

From 2015 to 2020, I worked as a Freelance Web Designer & Digital Marketer, designing custom websites and landing pages for small businesses and personal brands using Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace. I managed basic SEO, copywriting, and user experience to improve site functionality and appeal, and I created branded content and social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns. I bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every project—whether it’s strengthening online presence or supporting in-store operations through clear communication and strong project-based workflows.
