At Procter & Gamble, I provided on-site deskside support to corporate users, helping with onboarding, device setup, and hardware, printer, and Microsoft 365 issues. I documented incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.

With PC CENTRAL's Dell field services, I replaced and upgraded hardware across Costa Rica and deployed operating system images on laptops and desktops. I also prepared service reports and coordinated troubleshooting with remote technical teams.

I designed and built SoporteTI, a web ticketing system for the Municipality of Grecia, to manage IT incidents from assignment through closure. It includes role-based access, an audit trail, and 12 management reports exportable to PDF and Excel.

I also built JobBot CR, a personal project that gathers and organizes job postings into SQLite. My training includes cloud support, Azure, Linux, and networking fundamentals, and I'm interested in growing toward cloud and infrastructure.
