I am looking for a role that allows me to grow professionally while utilizing my communication and problem-solving skills in a supportive team environment.

I am a recent BA Economics graduate from Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi, eager to kickstart my career in the BPO industry. My academic journey has equipped me with strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for helping others. I thrive in team environments and am adaptable to flexible working hours, which I believe are essential in the dynamic BPO landscape.

During my internship with Bunyadi Vikas Samaj Sewi Sansthan, I had the opportunity to assist in skill-development workshops for women, where I honed my interpersonal communication skills while working with a diverse group. I also played a pivotal role in organizing awareness sessions on self-reliance and marketing skills, which further solidified my commitment to customer service and community support. I am excited to leverage my skills and contribute positively to a forward-thinking company.
