I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can contribute effectively. I want to use my customer-focused communication, problem-solving, and MS Excel skills to provide reliable support and keep learning through new responsibilities.

I’m a motivated and enthusiastic fresher pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English from Delhi University – School of Open Learning. I focus on strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service, with the drive to start my professional career confidently.

Through academic assignments and group activities, I’ve developed written and verbal communication, presentation, teamwork, and analytical skills—especially through projects centered on communication and customer interaction. I’m also comfortable handling day-to-day productivity tasks using office tools.
