I also built voice and WhatsApp agents that qualify inbound leads and update HubSpot and GoHighLevel, plus RAG knowledge assistants with validation and human handoff when confidence is low. I work with client teams to map manual workflows and decide what to automate first.
At The Content Factory ATX, I ran operations and internal systems and cut around $100K a year in operating cost. I designed an automated hiring system that screened and routed 200+ candidates, rebuilt Slack onboarding, and replaced 60+ hours a month of manual work with Make.com workflows.
