I want a role where I can combine data analysis with CRM/system support—improving reporting accuracy, dashboards, and user experience. I’m excited to coordinate projects, document processes, and help teams run efficiently with excellent client support.

I’m an organised, adaptable, detail-oriented professional with 3+ years’ experience in application support, data analysis, project coordination, and executive assistance. I enjoy turning messy data and everyday system issues into clearer reporting, smoother workflows, and reliable user support.

In my current role as an APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST / DATA COORDINATOR / QUALITY ASSURANCE (Sustainable Advantage, Remote, UK), I support core CRM and analytics platforms including SugarCRM, Monday.com, ProBench, and Domo (plus Worldfavor). I perform quality assurance on new CRM systems, manage first-line troubleshooting, and handle support ticketing systems to keep teams unblocked.

I’m known for improving data accuracy and visibility—analysing multi-year client/consultant data to identify discrepancies, then designing and managing dashboards, boards, and workspaces in Monday.com. I coordinate projects, document processes, and help teams adopt systems effectively through clear communication and targeted staff training.

I was promoted from a Personal Assistant role to Data & Project Management in Feb 2024, and I later recruited, trained, and managed a South African support team until May 2024. Earlier experience also sharpened my client-focused support and operations skills through reception, digital marketing content creation, and hands-on service in fast-paced environments.
