At Government of Alberta, Forestry & Parks, I wrote daily wildfire updates and coordinated industry communications during the Swan Complex and Red Earth Complex. I served as the primary industry contact across four IMTs at Red Earth and helped coordinate evacuation guidance and residents’ safe return.
At BC Wildfire Service, I organized wildfire photo and video assets and supported field production, interviews, and public information during active incidents. I produced and edited public-facing videos, including a Cameron Bluffs update that received approximately 12,000 YouTube views.
At Limbic Media, I helped build the MaestroDMX customer support section with FAQs and tutorial videos, and handled customer support across the company website, Kickstarter, and Shopify. I also created freelance TikTok content for Frever, growing its account from 0 to 500 followers within the first month.
