At Florida Education Institute, I designed AI voice callers and chatbots for lead re-engagement and interview scheduling, and led a LeadSquared CRM implementation. I also connected the CRM with the Student Information System using RudderStack and webhooks.
At Atlantis University, I drove the migration to Microsoft Dynamics / Anthology Reach, earning an Achievement Award for the implementation. I hold n8n Level 2 and WSO2 Certified Micro Integrator credentials.
